      Can i build Silverlight 3.0 Application as an Executable file to deploy directly to desktops (Like Flash .Exe file) rather than first open it in browser and then install it as avaiable outside browser?????

      Well it says Installation faild
Reason: Newer version of SilverLight already installed.

But when I run my application it gives me a link to for downloading a silverlight 3 plugin for browser. 

How can I run my application on browser if there arent any Browser plugin for Silver Light 3

Ahmed, SL 3 is avaliable only for developers, but you need to uninstall the SL2 before install the SL 3!
