      Another great tool that I use everyday is Pencil (http://www.evolus.vn/Pencil/). It's a free Firefox extension also avaiable as a stand-alone application.

      Great, thorough talk!
I like the development process you layed out. 

You might want to look into: www.guimags.com. 
I used to do prototypes with a lot of tools (illustrator, flash, whatever), but now I hardly even use a computer at all using this tool!
