    Eric Schmidt is a Senior Evangelism Manager at Microsoft where he leads a team focusing on the application of Silverlight for Media & Advertising scenarios. His team is dedicated to enabling advertisers, agencies and content publishers to deliver next generation on-line monetization models powered by Silverlight. A ten year veteran of Microsoft, Schmidt has worked in product development, product marketing and platform evangelism. Prior to joining Microsoft, Schmidt was a managing consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers focusing on systems integration for the healthcare and media industries. Schmidt holds a bachelor's degree in organizational management from The Pennsylvania State University.
